On the morning of September 26, the Teacher Work Department of the Ministry of Education commissioned the NAEA to hold the Teacher Education Revitalization and Development Advanced Class openning ceremony. Huang Wei, deputy director general of the Teacher Work Department of the Ministry of Education attended the class opening and made a speech. NAEA Vice President Dr.Yu Jingtian attended the opening ceremony.

　　Huang Wei pointed out in his speech that it is of far-reaching epochal significance to hold the Teacher Education Revitalization and Development Advanced Class after the first National Education Conference in the new era. This year is a big year for education, as well as a big year for teacher development. The National Education Conference not only put forward requirements for the development of education in China, but also placed the teacher development in a very important position. Huang Wei conveyed the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the National Education Conference, and interpreted how to better implement the spirit of Xi Jinping's speech and how to reshape the education system of teachers around the Action Plan for the Revitalization of Teachers' Education (2018-2022).

　　A total of 64 persons in charge of the teachers' work office of the education department (education commission) of all provinces, municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions, as well as relevant persons in charge of  teacher education in normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education and local normal universities participated in this training class.
