On the afternoon of November 21, NAEASenior advisor for International CooperationChen Liping presided over a symposium on international affairs, where participants of the 4th Training Program for MOE System Middle-level Managers (the 70th Training Program for Middle-level Managers from HEIs) were invited for a discussion. All members of the International Cooperation Officeattended the symposium.

The symposium focused on NAEA’s core responsibilities and international cooperation efforts. Attendees proposed extensively insights on making full use of resources, collaborating on international cooperation initiatives, building platforms for dialogues with overseas counterparts, and promoting international training opportunities for faculties.

Trainees from counterpart institutions including the Centre for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education, China Scholarship Council, Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, China Center for International People-to-People Exchange of the Ministry of Education, and participants from educational institutions including Beijing Foreign Studies University, Shanghai International Studies University, and Hainan University, also engaged in the discussions.
