The opening ceremony for the 25th SeminarUniversityMiddle Managers was held on the morning of October 23. NAEA Vice President Yu Jingtian attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

Yu gave a brief overview of NAEA's culture and heritage to all participants where he emphasized the history, background and significance of the seminar. He also encouraged participants to seize the opportunity of learning, strengthen theoretical knowledge, raise political awareness, enhance political commitment, and improve work competencies. He also expressed his expectations for all participants.

96 trainees from 24universitiesacross China will receive the one-month training at NAEA.
